After closing on a home, it’s common to have questions. I’m sure there were terms and concepts that you might not have been familiar with, but not to worry! Real Estate law is very complex and it takes years of education and training to be familiar with the process. For any questions about your deed, any of the documents you signed, or anything else pertaining to your closing, it is best to call the attorney that you closed with. Keep their information handy for as long as you own the home because you never know when you will need to reference back to it. They will have an entire file containing all of the documents that were part of your closing and will be more than happy to go over any of those documents with you.

If you have any general questions about real estate law, contract law, or any other real estate regulations, we have a wonderful partnership with our preferred closing attorney of Neel & Robinson. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them at 404-459-9600 and ask for Pam, or visit them on the web at www.neelandrobinson.com
